In the Learning Needs Interview and The Learning Plan Interview, we meet Robert and his Manager Paul who learn together about the process of identifying learning needs and putting together an appropriate plan to meet those needs. In this third programme, Robert learns how to review his own progress against his learning plan. The video highlights the importance of holding a review interview as a key part of the on-going Learning Cycle. It also emphasises why learners must work out for themselves what they have learned, using their line managers as a sounding board for their thoughts and feelings. By using 'indicators of learning' to identify what has been achieved, learners gain an insight into their development
